Κυκλοφορεί από τη Μικρή Σελήνη σε όλα τα βιβλιοπωλεία.

Tο μαμούν είναι ένα φανταστικό –μεταφορικά και κυριολεκτικά– πλάσμα, μια παράξενη διασταύρωση μεταξύ μαμούθ και ζουζουνιού ονόματι Ξου.

Αγαπά παθιασμένα το παιχνίδι, το χουζούρι και το να κάνει νέους φίλους. Το τελευταίο μάλιστα το καταφέρνει με μεγάλη επιτυχία, μιας και πολύ συχνά τα υπόλοιπα ζουζούνια χειρονομούν ακατάπαυστα φωνάζοντας τ’ όνομά του όταν τον βλέπουν να πλησιάζει.

Η πρωτότυπη ιστορία του βιβλίου τούτου αποτελεί ένα στιγμιότυπο από τη ζωή του μαμούν και πιο συγκεκριμένα, περιγράφει τι συνέβη το Σάββατο, 19 Γενάρη του 56.887 π.Χ. -μπορεί και να μην ήταν Σάββατο- όταν, γεμάτος χαρά και ζωντάνια, ο Ξου κίνησε για την παλαιολιθική -αλλά πρότυπη για την εποχή της- παιδική χαρά.

Τα Χριστούγεννα απαιτούν προετοιμασίες, τα ξωτικά δουλεύουν πυρετωδώς, οι καλλικάντζαροι είναι επί ποδός και ο Αϊ-Βασίλης είναι…! Επ! Για μια στιγμή. Ποιος Αϊ-Βασίλης και πράσινα άλογα; Υπάρχει, στ΄αλήθεια, αυτός ο στρογγυλός παππούλης ή είναι ένα διαφημιστικό τρικ όλο αυτό;

Μια καλή απάντηση μπορεί να σας δώσει το βιβλίο “Το μυστικό του Αϊ-Βασίλη”. Αυτό το παραμύθι είναι γραμμένο με τρόπο χιουμοριστικό, συνδυάζει το πραγματικό με το φανταστικό και έχει σκοπό να διασκεδάσει μικρούς και μεγάλους.

The Specktaculars, a.k.a. the Specks, are super tiny creatures, invisible to the human eye.

They are practically everywhere, living peacefully among us, hopping on our clothes,

floating in the air, causing no trouble at all.

After long hours of serious “spying” through a microscope, we observed that

no matter their variety in colours and shapes, all of them have two things in common:

funny, fluffy antenna-like ears

and

the ability to understand the true meaning of every single word of every language

that has ever existed, even slang, gibberish, possibly alien and …ta-da!… baby talk!

If only we could spot and hear the Specktaculars!

They’d explain what our children say and actually mean.

Butterfly Blue[s] – The Music Bouquet

The Music Bouquet is comprised of origami flowers. Each petal contains lyrics of songs that contain the word blue (or blues) in the title. All of them create this moody blue atmosphere when you listen to them… The origami butterfly has musical notes and keys on its wings playing the part of the Music, the inspiration and the passion entwined in each melody.

So fragile, yet so powerful: every tune lasts for a short while, still it can leave a mark in an entire lifetime.
